We start by working towards a shared understanding. Every project starts with different ideas of what’s wanted. We close that gap, ensuring there’s a shared understanding of every issue, dream, and goal relevant to the project.Step 2: Scope it out.
We always scope the project together, then build at cost and bill by milestone, so you only pay for delivered work. That puts us on the same side: we only win when you do. When it’s done, you can settle up, or keep us on a managed retainer to keep growing the product.Step 3: Build it.
This is where we move. We ship fast, ship often and iterate hard, and every step is visible to you, so you always know exactly where the project stands.Step 4: Stay close.
Launch is the start, not the end. We hand it over with everything you need, and if you want us to keep building, a managed retainer lets us keep improving it with you.
